How do I pay for my order?

You can pay in many ways at Springfield Hobbies, cheques, postal orders or credit card.

How do I know I'm safe to pay?

Here at Springfield Hobbies we use a third party payment gateway (Roman Cart), which is VeriSign Trusted.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

Depending on the payment method chosen we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but if you pay by cheque or crossed postal order your item will be dispatched after payment has cleared, therefore causing a delay.

I haven't received my order?

Where do you ship?

Springfield Hobbies only ships to the UK mainland but if you have a large order contact us.
